Tantalizing Bites at Twisted Fork

logo I stopped by the Twisted Fork for a taste of the dishes they’re providing for WMSE’s October 2 Food Slam. They’re serving up a scrumptious hummus appetizer with pita bread and vegetables including cucumbers, carrots, celery, tomatoes, green beans, and roasted garlic cloves. They’re also contributing rosemary chicken balls, a bite-sized version of their popular, delicious, and aromatic rosemary chicken entrée. The chicken is breaded with an herbed crust, sautéed with rosemary and garlic, and topped with a savory mushroom ragoût. Both offerings make delectable hors d’œuvre, perfect with a glass of wine or a fine Ale House beer!
